Overview

M&T Bank engaged our team to design a scalable, modular homepage framework that supported personalized content across multiple customer segments. The initiative aligned with M&T’s updated brand direction while introducing structured component systems capable of dynamic content delivery.

Challenge

The platform needed to accommodate multiple business units and customer types, requiring a modular design system that could adapt content based on user data. The solution had to balance personalization, usability, and brand consistency within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Results

I contributed to the design of reusable homepage components and modular layout systems that enabled rapid configuration across business units. Variations were created to support dynamic content driven by customer segmentation while maintaining visual and structural consistency.

Interaction patterns were developed for login states, search experiences, alerts, and transactional flows, ensuring clarity and accessibility across devices.

The final system delivered a scalable, component-driven homepage framework that supported personalization, improved navigation clarity, and streamlined content deployment within AEM.
