Overview
The Aaron's Company is a leading American lease-to-own retailer that specializes in leases and retail sales of furniture, electronics, appliances, and computers. The company sells its products through company-operated and franchised stores, as well as an e-commerce platform. The challenge for the company was to make all its assets easily accessible and on-brand across multiple campaigns.
Challenge
Aaron's Incorporated needed to ensure that its marketing assets were easily accessible and in line with the company's strict brand guidelines. This required creating deliverables that were both inclusive and accessible.
Results
To address this challenge, an omnichannel brand campaign was launched that encompassed branding guidelines, photoshoots, a full website rebrand, paid media, social media, print and display ads, flyers, brochures, and internal communications. This campaign ensured all assets adhered to strict brand guidelines, promoting consistency across every channel and format. The branding guidelines maintained cohesion across social media, advertising, and internal communications, while photoshoots provided inclusive visuals representing the diverse customer base. The website rebrand delivered a user-friendly, on-brand experience, complemented by print materials (flyers, brochures) and display ads that extended the brand's reach. Paid media and social campaigns maximized engagement, while internal communications kept stakeholders informed throughout.
The result was a successful launch that met all of Aaron’s objectives, presenting the company as an inclusive, accessible, and consistent brand across all touchpoints, enhancing reputation and expanding the customer base.
